- Monthly maintenance packages after the first 30 days of service.
- SEO and digital marketing services once the campaign has been launched.
- Partial Refunds:
- If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed. The amount refunded will be at our discretion and will take into consideration the effort and resources already invested in the project.

- Starter, Business, and Premium Packages:
- If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 15 days of project initiation. The refund will be processed after deducting the cost of any work already completed.
Website Management Packages
- Monthly Maintenance:
- Refund requests for monthly maintenance packages must be made within 7 days of the payment. No refunds will be provided after this period.
Custom Services
- Elementor Customization, SEO Services, E-commerce Solutions:
- Due to the bespoke nature of these services, refunds are not provided once the work has begun. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them.
